I'm a student at the University of Georgia, pursuing a degree in Animal Science. After that, I'm hoping to get my PhD in infectious disease at the UGA Vet School and work in food animal infectious disease research.

I have a very much adored German Shepherd that used to be in training to be a guide dog but has been released and also two kittens that I adopted from the shelter Christmas 2012. And a pretty awesome fish.
